Introduction
My name is Ted and I am from Georgia. My family and I moved to Denver about 1 year ago and found a new place to call home. I am married with one son and they are new to low carbing while I have been doing it for slightly over a year.

The positive atmosphere of sharing from others of what works and what may not work is one reason to meet. I am on the roller coaster of losing and gaining weight by eating the same low carb foods all the time and not having the experience and know-how to mix it up and then reverting to bad habits. I am not the biggest fan of sweets, but the muffins and sweets Bridget made were excellent and I can't wait until I sample and learn more ideas and recipes of other foods that were talked about. I think I have been rescued from the boredom trap I fell into.
