Introduction
Married 1 year in Westminster, I'm a roadside service telephone operator for AAA, and my wife and I just began LCing less than a month ago, but we're having terrific results! In the long run, we hope to go Paleo, but we intend to ease into that.

Attitude and perspective are so important. We don't live under law -- I "can't" eat this or that, I'm not allowed to do this or that. Rather, we live under grace -- I want to live a life-affirming lifestyle, so I will eat this, and won't eat that.
