February Meeting

I attended yesterday's meeting, and had a fabulous time! I am so excited to meet some interesting people who also live low carb. Bridget is extremely knowledgeable, and her culinary background is going to be such an asset to this group. She gave us recipes for cookies, cheesecakes, and snacks that I have been living without for two years. The demonstration kitchen we had use of was amazing, and I can't wait to start doing some hands on learning with everyone. I expect to learn many new things that will add immense variety to my lifestyle of choice. Low carbing has changed my life, and I am looking forward to meeting others of you just getting started or long time devotees.
